On May 28, the Guangdong International Intelligent Shoe Machinery & Equipment Exhibition officially opened at the Poly World Trade Center Expo in Guangzhou. Under the theme of “Driving Footwear Manufacturing Upgrades with Digital Intelligence”, SUPREME showcased a range of innovative products and intelligent solutions at Booth 2K18, Hall 2.
On the first day of the exhibition, the booth attracted a large number of footwear manufacturers and industry professionals. Live machine demonstrations continued throughout the day, while inquiries and discussions remained highly active.

For small-batch and multi-style production, changing patterns often requires manual program adjustment and bobbin replacement, resulting in long setup times and frequent downtime.
The integrated vision recognition system automatically calls sewing programs by scanning QR codes, eliminating manual parameter adjustments during style changes.
The automatic bobbin changing system replaces empty bobbins automatically, enabling continuous operation without machine stoppage. Combined with the new-generation control panel, parameter adjustment becomes more intuitive and efficient, significantly reducing changeover time.

When sewing thick materials such as shoe uppers and multi-layer composite fabrics, conventional pattern machines often suffer from needle breakage and skipped stitches, leading to rework and reduced productivity.
The dual-needle structure greatly enhances penetration capability for heavy materials. With a sewing area of 450 × 300 mm, the machine demonstrated stable stitching on thick leather during live demonstrations, delivering even stitches without thread skipping or needle breakage.
Ideal for shoe uppers, bags, and automotive interior applications.

In sports and casual footwear production, manual positioning of decorative tapes often leads to alignment errors, low efficiency, and inconsistent quality.
The machine integrates automatic tape cutting, feeding, pressing, and sewing into one process. Tape length (45–100 mm) and spacing (8–14 mm) can be adjusted directly through the control panel.
A secondary correction system ensures accurate tape positioning after cutting. The segmented presser foot design allows quick mold changes. By combining left and right machines, inner and outer decorative tape sewing can be completed in one operation.
Traditional punching methods may cause burnt edges and unpleasant odors on leather materials, while single-head punching limits productivity.
The mechanical punching system produces clean punching edges without smoke or burnt marks. The five-head synchronized operation enables simultaneous punching of different hole shapes and sizes.
With servo precision up to 0.015 mm and operating noise below 85 dB, the machine is suitable for footwear materials ranging from 1–6 mm in thickness.

Traditional shoe tongue tape sewing relies heavily on skilled operators and repeated sewing starts and stops, resulting in low efficiency and limited flexibility.
Equipped with an automatic shoe tongue feeding system, the machine allows one operator to manage multiple units simultaneously.
Automatic tape feeding, cutting, folding, and sewing are completed in one process, achieving a cycle time of 7.8 seconds per shoe tongue. Three sewing modes can be switched with one click: no-fold, single-fold, and opposite-fold modes.
Cold cutting and hot cutting can be flexibly selected according to different tape materials. The shoe support attaching device is removable, enabling multi-purpose use as a pattern sewing machine.
To address auxiliary production challenges such as low material distribution efficiency and high workshop cleaning labor costs, SUPREME also showcased Smart Loop intelligent logistics equipment, including:
Narrow Aisle Side Fork Robot
(operates in aisles as narrow as 1.7 m, increasing space utilization by 30%)
Multi-Layer Bin Robot
(transports up to 8 bins simultaneously for “goods-to-person” picking)
Latent AGV
(maximum payload of 1500 kg)
SUPREME Cleaning Robot
(automatically removes dust, lint, and thread waste from workshop floors)
These intelligent systems work together with footwear sewing units to provide integrated automation support from raw material storage and production-line delivery to workshop environmental maintenance.
