In the intelligent sewing equipment exhibition area, the visitors observed live demonstrations of automated sewing machines, electronic pattern sewing machines, and template sewing systems. Particular attention was given to the application of SUPREME"s self-developed MES platform and AI algorithms within sewing production lines. Functions such as automatic speed adjustment, needle positioning, and stitch counting demonstrated how digital technologies are enhancing manufacturing efficiency and consistency. At the smart warehousing and intralogistics center, intelligent solutions including tote robots, narrow-aisle side-loading forklift robots, automated storage systems (IBOX), and AGVs attracted significant interest. Through automated, cross-floor material transportation and precise logistics coordination, these solutions showcased the synergy between intelligent equipment and smart logistics, providing valuable references for apparel manufacturers pursuing digital transformation.

The delegation also toured SUPREME"s intelligent manufacturing workshop, where they witnessed lean and highly automated production processes. Company representatives presented the complete quality traceability system, covering everything from precision machining of core components to final machine assembly. The delegation spoke highly of SUPREME"s rigorous quality standards, including extensive endurance testing and comprehensive quality control procedures.

Following the tour, both parties held a discussion meeting to exchange insights on the future of intelligent manufacturing in the apparel industry.
