Leaders from China National Light Industry Council and China Sewing Machinery Association visit SUPREME to explore the future of intelligent manufacturing.

Recently, a delegation led by He Ye, Vice President of the China National Light Industry Council, and Wu Jiling and Liu Min, Deputy Directors of the China Sewing Machinery Association, visited SUPREME Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. for an in-depth inspection and guidance session.

Company leadership accompanied the delegation throughout the visit and provided a detailed introduction to SUPREME’s full industrial chain layout—from core component machining and intelligent equipment manufacturing to end-to-end solution deployment.

From Precision Manufacturing: Precision Workshop

— Building the Foundation of Quality

The first stop of the visit was the high-precision machining workshop on the first floor. This workshop is not only the birthplace of the “heart” of SUPREME equipment, but also a tangible embodiment of the company’s principle of “technology-driven enterprise development.”

Inside the workshop, large gantry machining centers and precision Mazak processing zones operate in an orderly manner, ensuring one-time forming of key structural components and stable precision control. Quality inspection instruments such as contour measuring systems and coordinate measuring machines establish a micron-level quality assurance system.

The association leaders noted that such large-scale in-house precision machining capability and quality management system are industry-leading and serve as the fundamental guarantee of SUPREME’s product performance and reliability.


Integration & Presentation: Cultural and Digital Sewing Exhibition Hall

— Outlining the Full Development Landscape

The delegation then visited the cultural exhibition hall and intelligent sewing demonstration area.

Mr. Luo provided a comprehensive overview of SUPREME’s 20-year development journey: from its establishment in 2006, to the breakthrough launch of its first domestically developed bartacking machine in 2008, and to today’s dual-engine strategy of “Intelligent Sewing” and “Intelligent Warehousing & Logistics.”

In the automated apparel production demonstration workshop, the delegation observed a full digital workflow simulation—from fabric inbound storage, automatic cutting, intelligent sorting of cut pieces, to sewing via hanging systems and flexible sewing lines.

To address the industry challenge of small-batch, fast-turnaround production, SUPREME has innovatively developed an AI-model-driven flexible production line capable of efficiently handling “1–100 piece” orders with high agility.

The association leaders remarked during the visit that SUPREME has completed a profound transformation from a single equipment manufacturer to a solution provider. The exhibition hall itself is a vivid reflection of the intelligent upgrading of China’s sewing machinery industry.



Smart Flow: Intelligent Warehouse Sorting Center

— A Glimpse into the “Lights-Out” Future

On the third floor, the delegation witnessed a highly efficient “lights-out factory” scenario—the Intelligent Warehouse Sorting Center.

Covering 5,800㎡, this hub integrates box-type robots, Miniload storage systems, side-shifting AGVs, and IBOX intelligent sorting units, enabling automated storage and retrieval of more than 26,000 bins.

One particularly impressive feature is the ability of the autonomous AGVs to call elevators independently, enabling unmanned cross-floor material transport.

This center not only supports SUPREME’s daily production logistics—reducing labor costs by more than 60%—but has also become a mature solution being exported externally.

The association leaders highly praised this approach, noting that using the company’s own factory as the first testing ground and showcase platform demonstrates SUPREME’s strong confidence and pragmatic engineering mindset, providing a replicable model for intelligent warehousing across the industry.


Precision Assembly: Automated Manufacturing Workshop

— Witnessing Excellence in Production

Finally, the delegation visited the core equipment manufacturing workshops on the 5th and 6th floors.

In the automated sewing equipment workshop, production lines for pattern sewing machines and template machines are equipped with synchronized assembly systems, and key workstation data is uploaded in real time to ensure full traceability of quality throughout the process.

In the flat-lock and overlock production area, multiple lean production lines operate efficiently. From in-house component manufacturing to final machine testing, the workshops demonstrate SUPREME’s ultimate pursuit of product stability and reliability.

The use of cross-floor AGV material delivery, 6S management practices, and continuous training systems together form SUPREME’s modern and digital manufacturing management framework.
