On April 19, the 27th China (Jinjiang) International Footwear Expo & the 10th International Sports Industry Expo officially opened at the Jinjiang International Convention & Exhibition Center.

Under the theme of “Full-Process Automation for Footwear Manufacturing,” SUPREME showcased its automated upper sewing equipment along with intelligent warehousing and logistics robots at Booth D021–032.

Since the opening, live demonstrations of key machines—including the tongue webbing sewing machine and multiple electronic pattern sewing machines—have been running continuously. At the same time, latent robots, narrow-aisle side-loading forklifts, multi-layer bin robots, and cleaning robots are also on display, attracting numerous footwear manufacturers for on-site discussions.

At the booth, SUPREME’s technical team is continuously demonstrating the tongue webbing machine and various electronic pattern sewing machines. From automated tongue webbing sewing to complex upper leather pattern stitching, the solutions cover multiple labor-intensive and technically demanding processes in footwear production.

Many visitors brought their own upper components for on-site testing and expressed strong recognition of the machines’ efficiency and stability.

01 Automated Upper Sewing Equipment

● Tongue Webbing Sewing Machine (SP-X109-ZD)
Designed for tongue loop/webbing hole sewing. It integrates automatic feeding, cutting, folding, and stitching in one process. Supports both cold and hot cutting modes, compatible with various webbing materials. One operator can manage multiple machines. Cycle time: 7.8 seconds per tongue, significantly improving productivity.

02 Electronic Pattern Sewing Machine Series

● SP-2210AS-H/CH
Suitable for various label sewing applications. Equipped with RFID chip recognition technology for fast and precise stitching. Features quick pattern editing, strong needle penetration, standard thread break detection, and high-speed, energy-efficient performance.

● SP-3020AS-HG/DN (Double-Needle Version)
Designed for large-area upper leather stitching. Double-needle operation completes two stitch lines simultaneously, doubling efficiency. Features electronic thread clamping, programmable intermediate presser foot, and oil-free head design for improved stitching quality.

● SP-3020CS-HF
Ideal for complex curved patterns. High-precision control ensures smooth and aesthetically pleasing curves. Suitable for materials ranging from medium to extra-heavy. Offers fast pattern editing, programmable intermediate presser foot, and oil-free machine head.

● SP-4530GS-H (New Double-Needle Model)
Features a large 450 × 300 mm sewing area, suitable for large leather and lining combinations. Double-needle design enhances penetration for heavy materials. Equipped with an independent thread trimming system and thread break detection. Dual-needle bar separation enables simultaneous double-line stitching, improving efficiency by approximately 35%.

03 Intelligent Warehousing & Cleaning Robots

● Latent Robot
Compact and flexible with autonomous navigation. High precision and speed, with an accuracy rate of up to 99.99%. Reduces labor costs by 60–80%. Supports autonomous route planning and adapts to transport, docking, and towing scenarios with high flexibility.

● Narrow-Aisle Side-Loading Robot
Designed for efficient operation in narrow aisles. Completes unmanned transport tasks through multiple navigation methods, reducing turning and adjustment time. Requires only 1.7 meters of aisle width, increasing storage capacity by over 30%.

● Multi-Layer Bin Robot
Enables intelligent picking, storage, and transportation of multiple bins. Features autonomous navigation, obstacle avoidance, automatic charging, and multi-robot coordination. Maximum picking height reaches 6 meters. Supports simultaneous handling of up to 8 bins, greatly improving efficiency and space utilization.

● SUPREME Cleaning Robot (Garment Factory Version)
Model Q3-G/W is a commercial indoor cleaning robot designed for multi-scenario use. Features human-machine interaction, AI-powered inspection, full-process automation, and strong battery endurance. Provides efficient and frequent cleaning, helping maintain high hygiene standards and enhance brand image.
