Supreme cooperates with Xunxi Intelligent Manufacturing platform to eliminate the pain points in quick response to small-lot orders

The launch of Xunxi Factory will help small and medium-sized enterprises to solve a series of pain points concerning pre-sale forecasting, quick response and de-stocking in the production supply chain, which is the original intention of Alibaba's Xunxi Intelligent Manufacturing. The platform utilizes Alibaba's cloud computing, IoT and AI technologies to empower factories with a "smart brain", connect consumption trend insight, sales forecasting and flexible production, and build a new manufacturing system integrating cloud, terminal, intelligence and manufacturing, thus enabling China's clothing manufacturing industry to realize intelligent, personalized and customized upgrade.

Xunxi Intelligent Manufacturing improves the flexibility and efficiency of equipment by digitalizing the equipment, process, fabrics and tooling, and organizing discrete production with IoT, thus shortening the lead time, and achieving the personalized consumption trends featuring high frequency of new products and quick response to small-lot orders.

Supreme and Alibaba have worked together to complete the transformation and testing of denim, knitting and pattern sewing machines in three years by setting up a working group to upgrade the equipment and apply techniques including communication protocols, and the equipment has been operating stably in each Xunxi Factory.
