Recently, China National Light Industry Council issued the Announcement on the Accreditation Recommendation List of the Second Batch of China Light Industry Engineering Technology Research Centers, showing that the application made jointly by Supreme and Ningbo Polytechnic for "China Light Industry Intelligent Sewing Complete Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center" was successfully approved. This is another milestone achieved in Supremes’ efforts to build a higher-level engineering technology center platform. As a result of its continuous focus on technological innovation and industry accumulation in the field of intelligent sewing.

Since its founding, Supreme has adhered to the innovation-driven strategy and continuously increased investment in research and development. In our short history, Supreme has obtained 631 domestic patents, including 105 invention patents. As the main drafting body of industry standards, Supreme has presided over and participated in the drafting of 12 industry standards. It took the lead in launching a variety of industry-leading products, such as full-auto transfer printer, intelligent positioning system for multi-layer garment pieces, automatic threading machine for hangtags, etc.

China Light Industry Intelligent Sewing Complete Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center will focus on engineering R&D such as intelligent complete equipment integration, around the needs to improve bottleneck processes of garment manufacturing; provide proven and supporting technologies, standards, processes, equipment and new products for industrialization; complete the innovation and integration of intelligent complete equipment; and contribute to the industrial upgrading of China's textile and clothing industry.
