International Exhibition on Shoes and Leather Industry-Guangzhou

“Twenty-sixth Guangzhou International Footwear, Leather and Industrial Equipment Exhibition”was grandly held in Hall B, China Import and Export Fair(Pazhou ,Guangzhou) three days amid June.1 -June 5 ,2016.

Exhibition Theme

(一) Namely “Special Shoes Equipment Era ”Supreme, as a important high tech enterprises devoted to develop and manufacture of special industrial sewing machine ,has showed dozens of special and automatic footwear machines. In the booth, we have showed the stitching of shoes upper and vamp of Shoes sample like Nike 09 in one time. Efficient automatic footwear equipment including 8 computerized pattern tackers and two post beds machines has formed a complete streamline of shoes upper and vamp stitching.

Without requirement of technical basis, one worker can operate 2 computerized pattern tackers easily via simple training. In result, these machines help enterprises to save labor cost, improve efficiency and assure quality.

(二) Including computerized pattern tackers with different sewing areas(from 100*100mm to 600*400mm), Supreme has showed, simplified and streamlined traditional footwear making craftsmanship of various shoes uppers and shoes vamps in the show. Example: 6030 punching and stitching machine can finish stitching and punching one pair of shoes vamps and uppers in one time; 6040 double needle pattern tacker machine can sew one pair of double color upper thread of shoes margin in one time with beautiful and even seams

Highlights

All the machines and assignments of this exhibition has been controlled by SPMES systems from Supreme.
